1. Medical Disclaimer
The Circle is an educational platform, not a medical clinic. The content provided in the Foundation Course, Premium Articles, Toolkit, and Coaching Sessions is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this website.
If you are on medication (especially for diabetes or blood pressure), do not change your dosage without medical supervision.
2. Membership & Subscriptions
- Access: Membership credentials are for a single user only. Sharing your login details is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Recurring Billing: By subscribing to “Circle Premium,” you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically every 3 months. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Member Profile to prevent future charges. - Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our courses and downloadable toolkits, all sales are final once access has been granted. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical errors.
3. One-on-One Coaching
- Booking: Coaching slots are tentative until payment is confirmed.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session. Missed appointments (“No-Shows”) without notice may forfeit the session fee.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (videos, PDFs, guides, meal plans) are the intellectual property of The Circle. You are granted a limited license to use them for personal health goals only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Circle and its coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the materials or information on this site.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
