Our personalised, 1-1 coaching sessions take a minimum of 12 weeks. The focus is on safety, structure, and sustainable results.

Chronic health struggles often stem from a single metabolic origin. Our coaching is not a quick-fix diet; it is a comprehensive education in physiology. By combining Biochemistry (how your body processes fuel) with Psychology (how you build habits), we build a roadmap designed for long-term resilience.

WEEKS 1–4

Phase 1: The Reset

Focus: Physiology & Behavior

We transition from "contemplation" to "action." We begin with an Anti-Inflammatory Reset to lower insulin and stabilize blood sugar without forcing deep ketosis immediately.

  • Week 3: Kitchen Makeover & Toxins
  • Week 4: Understanding the Insulin Model
WEEKS 5–8

Phase 2: Adaptation

Focus: Nutritional Ketosis

Once the body is primed, we shift to Therapeutic Ketosis (<20g carbs) to optimize fuel burning and metabolic flexibility.

  • Week 5: Switching Fuel (Fat vs. Sugar)
  • Week 6: Meal Timing & IF (16:8)
  • Week 7: Stress, Sleep & Cortisol
  • Week 8: Deep Ketosis & GKI Metrics
WEEKS 9–12

Phase 3: Lifestyle

Focus: Sustainability

We move from strict protocols to a sustainable long-term lifestyle, troubleshooting sensitivities and building a "User Manual" for your body.

  • Week 9: Identifying Sensitivities
  • Week 10: Movement & Insulin Sensitivity
  • Week 11: Advanced Fasting Flexibility
  • Week 12: Long-Term Maintenance Plan

If you are currently taking medication for Diabetes, Hypertension or mental health, rapid physiological changes can occur. We do not practice medicine. It is your responsibility to consult your doctor to ensure you are monitored safely, as de-prescribing medication is often required as your metabolic health improves. We will provide you with the necessary literature to help you engage your doctor for support. The Circle also has partner doctors, counselors, psychologists and psychiatrists who may be able to offer you an alternative approach.
