1. Online Membership

Our program offers an annual paid online membership, granting access to comprehensive modules designed to guide members on their journey to metabolic health. This includes achieving Type 2 diabetes remission, effective weight loss, and mental health improvement.

Members will learn to:

  • Track and manage blood glucose and ketone levels
  • Utilize meal planning and recipe tools tailored to ketogenic diets
  • Receive expert tips for optimising exercise routines and improving sleep quality
2. Individual Coaching Sessions

The Circle program also offers metabolic lifestyle coaching sessions, providing personalized guidance through each step of the process. These individual coaching sessions include:

  • Initial assessment and goal setting
  • Customized meal plans and nutritional advice
  • Regular check-ins to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments

  • Optional use of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs)
